Amanda was a goalkeeper with Shelbourne in her youth before signing for Raheny United in February 2015 and she played in the 2014/15 season for the Pandas. She was soon back in red though as Raheny and Shelbourne merged to become Shelbourne Ladies FC and Amanda signed with them for the 2015/16 season.

She was part of the squad that won the league and cup double in 2016 and made 4 league appearnces when the Reds won the WNL league title in 2022. Amanda started 2023 as second choice to Courtney Maguire but came into the starting XI in September, making 11 appearances including that season's WFAI Cup final which Shels lost to Athlone in a penalty shootout.

Amanda played every one of Shelbourne's 59 matches over the next two seasons, and kept goal in their 2024 WFAI Cup final victory over Athlone, before leaving Tolka Park at the end of 2025 to join Galway United.
