To encourage and foster our academy players to transition into the senior team, with the aim of providing the core group that underpins the sustainable success of the Club, both on and off the field.
To help develop and promote local coaches through the provision of a high performance environment and continued education in line with international coaching standards.
To embrace and use Gaeilge in all club communications and celebrate the part it plays in the lives of our supporters in the West of Ireland.
