Aoibhin played with Galway WFC's U17 and U19 teams between 2018 and 2021 and in 2022 she signed for Cork City. Her debut for the rebels came against her old teammates, Galway WFC, on the opening weekend of the 2022 season and she went to score two times in 28 league and cup appearances.

In 2023 she added 17 league appearances to her career tally, and added 14 more in 2024, before leaving the club in July 2025 to join Galway United. She made her debut for United against Sligo Rovers on 12 July and had made 11 league appearances for the Tribeswomen by the end of that season.
