Ceola played for Killavilla FC before joining Treaty United's WU17 side in February 2021, scoring 14 times for them in the first half of 2022 moving to Wexford Youths U17s in July of that year.

Ceola also made her Senior LOI debut for Wexford in 2022, coming on as a substitute in their FAI Cup semi-final against Athlone Town. In 2023 Ceola was a regualr in Wexford's senior matchday squad and she made 16 league and cup appearances, 13 of these coming off the bench.

2024 saw Ceola lay claim to the main striker's position at Wexford. She opened her goal-scoring account with a hat-trick against Cliftonville in an All-Island Cup match in April and went on to score 7 league and cup goals from 23 appearances.

In February 2025, Ceola signed for Galway United. She made her United debut on the opening weekend of the season against DLR Waves and scored her first goal a week later in a 3-1 win over Bohemians at Dalymount Park. Injury hit Ceola's game-time midseason, but she finished 2025 with eight goals from 19 appearances in all competitions.
