Eve played with Galway WFC in 2022, making 8 league appearances that season. The club withdrew from the league at the end of 2022 and Eve signed with Galway United Women in December 2022.
She missed just two games for Galway United in 2023, scoring twice from a total of 24 league and cup appearances, as well as winning an All-Island Cup winner's medal when Galway defeated Cliftonville 1-0 in the Final. Eve won a second All-Island Cup medal in 2024, scoring four times in 23 games, and she added three more goals to her career tally in 2025, this time appearing 25 times for the Tribeswoman.
