Galway United are delighted to announce the signing of Cian Byrne on loan from Bohemians until June.

The 22-year-old centre-back, who can also operate in defensive midfield, has been a standout talent in the Bohemians academy setup, progressing through the U15, U17, and U19 teams before signing a multi-year contract with the club. Byrne made 26 appearances for Bohemians in the 2024 SSE Airtricity Men’s Premier Division.
