Galway United are delighted to announce that Eve Dossen has re-signed for the senior women’s team ahead of the 2025 season.

The 19-year-old defender has committed to The Tribeswomen for 2025 and heads into her third season in Galway since signing for the cub for the 2023 campaign.

The Galway native made 21 appearances in all competitions last season for United and scored four goals in that period and helped the side successfully retain their Avenir All-Island Cup for 2024.

Dossen started her professional career at Galway WFC in 2022, making eight league appearances for the club before moving to Galway United 12 months ago. Eve was also recently nominated for the PFAI Women’s Team of The Year for 2024.

Internationally, Dossen has represented the Republic of Ireland at U17 level, making eight appearances, and at U19 level with nine caps and one goal to her name.

Eve Dossen has returned for 2025 and there will be plenty more announcements as we look to continue building our squad for next season.
