One of the best midfielders in the league, Limerick native Jenna made 26 appearances in all competitions in her debut season with United. Playing almost every minute of the clubs season, and scored eight times in that period. In May of the same year, she was awarded the SSE Airtricity Women’s Player of the Month.
Before joining United, Slattery signed for Treaty United in 2020 and played with the club for two years. She moved to Galway WFC in 2022, making 2 league appearances during her time with the club before signing with Galway United in 2023.
Internationally, Jenna has represented the Republic of Ireland at U19 level. Slattery continued her from into 2024 as she scored the first goal of the season, a penalty against Athlone Town on the opening night of the SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division
