POST MATCH REACTION: Sligo away
United drew their first league game of the season, at the 18th attempt, when the Tribesmen were held at the Showgrounds on Saturday evening.
Former Sligo midfielder Ryan Connolly poked Jake Keegan’s cross into the bottom corner past Richard Brush in the 10th minute, but the home side responded through Dinny Corcoran six minutes later.
After the game, United goalscorer Ryan Connolly and manager Tommy Dunne gave Galway United TV their thoughts on the game.
