Injury update v Dundalk

Galway United face a quick turnaround after Saturday’s 1-1 draw away to Sligo Rovers, as the Tribesmen welcome league leaders Dundalk FC to Eamonn Deacy Park on Tuesday night, for an exciting league encounter. Kick-off: 7.45pm.

There was some positive news on the injury front for United ahead of Tuesday’s game, as Jason Molloy (back) has been passed fit to play against the Lilywhites.

Galway United physiotherapist Emmett Hartigan gave www.galwayunitedfc.ie an injury update after training on Monday morning.

Andy O’Connell
Andy is continuing his rehabilitation on his foot injury and he continues to be unavailable.

Sam Oji
Sam is struggling with a hamstring injury and he’s not likely to feature against Dundalk and he’s doubtful to feature in Limerick on Saturday. Daily assessments are ongoing.

Galway United club chef Sean Buckley sustained a back injury and spent some time in hospital. Everybody at the club wishes Sean a speedy recovery and we hope to see him back at Eamonn Deacy Park in the near future.
