U19 friendly scheduled against Sligo Rovers

Galway United supporters will get a chance to see the clubs U19 squad in action for the first time this weekend.

Johnny Glynn’s fledgling group will play their first friendly game against Sligo Rovers at Tuam Celtic’s stadium on Saturday (August 8th). Kick-off: 12.30pm. Admission is free.

United’s U19’s kick-start their league campaign with an exciting opening day fixture against Shamrock Rovers at Eamonn Deacy Park on August 23rd .
