Galway United are delighted to announce that Jessica Berlin has re-signed for the senior women’s team ahead of the 2024 season.

Galway United is thrilled to confirm that Jessica Berlin, the talented 24-year-old goalkeeper, has committed to the club for the upcoming 2024 season. This marks her second season with The Tribeswomen, and her return is a significant boost to the squad.

Jessica, an American national, joined Galway United last year and quickly established herself as a key player. Her experience and skill-set have been instrumental in the team’s performances, and the club is delighted to have her back for another season.

Before joining Galway United, Jessica gained valuable experience in the collegiate soccer scene in the United States. She spent four years at North Carolina State before transferring to Seattle University in 2021, where she continued to refine her goalkeeping abilities

Jessica signed for Galway United in 2023 and in that season, Jessica made a big impact, featuring in 17 appearances across various competitions. Her contribution included an impressive nine clean sheets, highlighting her proficiency between the posts. Helping United to All-Island club success and winning the club’s player of the month award in September. Jessica’s physical presence and goalkeeping ability will undoubtedly contribute to the team’s continued aspirations for success in 2024.
