PLAYER BIO
Max, who is from the UK, travelled to the US in 2015 to attend Georgia State University, playing for the Panthers on a football scholarship. He was a standout for GSU, earning all-conference and all-region honours. He played 74 times in his four years there, and chipped in with 19 goals and 10 assists from central midfield.
In the off-season, he played with Ocean City Nor'easters in New Jersey, one of the top US amateur teams, in USL League Two.
After graduating, Max signed a pro deal in 2019 with Greenville Triumph, playing in USL League One. He was with the South Carolina side for three seasons, playing either in midfield or at right-back.
During his time at Greenville, he was a teammate of Jake Keegan, formerly of this parish and fondly remembered for his time here.
