United draw Killester United in FAI Cup

Galway United have been drawn away to Dublin side Killester United in the first round of the Irish Daily Mail FAI Cup.

Killester defeated fellow Dublin side Ballymun United on penalties in the preliminary stage to reach the first round.

First round games are due to be played on the weekend of 11/12/13 August. All ties are to be decided on the day for the first two rounds of the competition, so extra time and penalties will be played if required.
